SJR 27                                                                       
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 19,          
2000, calendar (page 3303), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(FIN)                              
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to revisions of the state constitution and providing that a           
court may not change language of a proposed constitutional                     
amendment or revision.                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Green placed a call of the House.                               
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HCS SJR 27(FIN) pass the House?"  The
